     I INSTALL VIRTUAL PC AND THEN XP MODE, IN ORDER TO UPDATE SOFTWARE ON MY SIRIUS RADIO S50. IN SIRIUS SUDIO IT STILL DOES NOT RECONIZE THE RADIO, LIKE IT USE TO IN XP OPERATING SYSTEM I USE TO HAVE ON MY COMPUTOR

    Did you click on USB at the top and make sure the radio is Attached?

    Hi,

    Please check the device is well connected. And also turn off the XP mode before update software.

    Furthermore, you can try to reinstall the device driver for test.
