Med-V 2.0 First Time Setup Question

Hi all,
I'm just in the process of setting up a Med-V workspace for deployment onto Windows 7. I sealed my virtual image and created the workspace and have been testing it.
My question is around the first time setup process. Even though I have selected a shared workspace between all users - does the first time setup process still have to run the first time each new user logs onto the machine?
This is the way it appears to be behaving at the moment which is not really suitable. Even in full unattend mode it takes upto 5 mins for the FTS to complete and the user can still see something is happening and asked to login to the workspace. This is for deployment into a student lab where lots of different users will use the machines. I was hoping the published apps would be in the start menu and ready to use as soon as a new user logged in.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jay

That should not be happening. Can we confirm you are actually using shared.
This setting is then stored in the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Medv\v2\VM
Value: MultiUserEnabled
If MultiUserEnabled is set to 1, the workspace is shared otherwise it is separate which is the default.
