"Text services and Input Languages " icon disappeared off my screen.
All my attempts to restore it failed.
Tell me what to do.

What operating system are you using and are you using a virtual machine? If you are asking for Windows installed on a physical machine this is the wrong forum. Try the Answers forums at

Hi,
Do you mean you cannot find the language bar in the taskbar?
If so, go to Control Panel, choose Region and Language, go to Keyboards and Languages, and click Change keyboards. Under Language bar, select Docked in the taskbar.
