Why I can't download windows 8?

Dear Sir or Madam:
I downloaded Windows 8 two times because certain programs didn't work. Now that I try to download it again, it didn't install. What can I do? Thanks for your help.

keep trying and maybe use another browser if IE is choking

Put the download on a flash drive, then boot with the drive, launch WinRE and install from there.
