    Hi,

    I am trying to activate windows 8 pro which I have recently activated from windows 7.

    But I am not able to do that, error is attached herewith.

    also when on my keyboard , when I am pressing @ than its coming " and vice versa. Could you tell me what kind of problem it is, either its a virus issue or hardware?

    Please state the exact error message you see when attempting to activate Windows 8.

    Regarding the activation issue, please press Win+R to call run, type slui 4 and follow the wiard to contact Activation Center.

    Regarding the keyboard issue, please test another keyboard and see if the issue persists.
