I received the error message for the above title with further sub-text
This library can be safely deleted from your computer. Folders that have been included will not be affected.
From this point, I go to task manager and exit this window. When I looked into the libraries section, all files appear to have disappeared.
What can I do about this?

I use the below. It was a $10 deal I got for two years in the Best Buy package when I brought the laptop at Best Buy. I like the AV. It has stopped a few threats from the Internet that's for sure, like known bad sites, and it has stopped malware or virus that is known coming from such sites that are sites that are not known as bad sites.

On the other hand, an AV is not a stops all and ends all solution, and one must use commonsense to protect oneself and the machine.

And I also try to apply what's in the link.

That worked like a charm. Thanks so much. The reason that my protection is down is that when I upgraded to Win 8, my Kaspersky product would not work and I have been unable to resolve that issue. Time to get on it!
Your assistance is much appreciated. Thank you.
