best bet is to see if Dell is supporting Windows 8 on their hardware
Windows MVP 2010-11, XP, Vista, 7. Expanding into Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Server, SharePoint, Cloud, Virtualization etc. etc.

I suggest you contact Dell support and report this. Hope they consider to release new drivers. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”

The Samsung driver works GREAT on the Dell Duo. I installed it last night and it worked great. It was the 32 bit version. Not every app supports the screen orientation switch, but many do! There is a slight delay on the switch, but Microsoft makes the transition smooth.

A GREAT BIG THANKS for Gubie!
I tried it and it works. Installed straight from the ZIP!.
Homescreen rotated and Kindle Metro rotated.
32 bit version confirmed.

I am curious why you need to rotate the screen, my iPod does that for users but a regular notebook is not like the iPod.
I also suggest using the 64-bit version of windows which has much better memory support. Drivers will be the same as logo requires both x86 and x64 to be included
