GlobeTrotter MO67xx doesn't recognize SIMcard on Samsung Slate

Hi guys,
After switching from W7 to W8 release preview, I had 'GlobeTrotter HSUPA modem' in unknown devices in device manager. So I have just downloaded the driver for it for Windows 7 from samsung website and installed it manually in device manager, everything seems fine except when I insert my SIM, Networks still say 'The SIM is missing' for Mobile broadband. In W7 it was working alright, so It might be a compatibility issue, right?
I mean, the SIM card is Taiwanese, and I have ordered XE700T1A-H01US from US, but I believe the SIM standard is same and it has no implication, as It worked well in W7. Does anybody has experience with using 3g on W8 release preview?

Hi,
The driver is designed for Windows 7. I assume that it is not fully compatible with Windows 8.
You may try to request an updated version from Manufacturer.

Hi,
Were you able to to find the driver for this? I have a same problem... Missing driver for "Globetrotter HSUPA Modem" in Samsung Slate with Windows 8 RTM installed.
Best regards,
