IE 10, in the Aero interface, will correctly use the SBS 2011 DNS to locate my web servers websites. The web server is located on my firewalls DMZ port. IE 10 Metro appears to bypass the SBS DNS server and cannot locate web sites located on my web server.

Hi,
What is your IP configuration? Please post here.
Also, You may use Network Analysis tool to check the DNS queries happening in Metro IE.
