File history does not backup Efs encrypted files

I installed Windows 8 CP today and I am testing it.
I tried to enable the “File History” feature and with great astonishment I found out that the file history feature does not backup encrypted efs files.
I attached the detailed error in the event id viewer.
This seems to me incredible. How is that? With the old backup feature of windows 7 the Efs files were copied in their efs raw format using the nt backup apis which are efs aware.
Does this mean that the “File History” cannot be used for backing up sensitive data?

I think i found the reason why the File history scheduled task is not able to handle encrypted efs files. See my last post at http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w8itprosecurity/thread/722cd7b7-34cb-4aa0-a1c9-412fc0a43578
This seems to prove that File history cannot be used to backup sensitive data
