    when i type a letter in ms 8 works and save it to my desktop and try to send it by hotmail as an attachment:  the recipient receives it and when they try to open it......error...." the file is in use by another app, no software installed to open, or file is corrupt".  when recipient clicks on attach and then "saves" it to the desktop, it can be opened normally....what's up?

    Hello, 

    Thank you for your post!  Unfortunately I am not able to determine which forum or newsgroup is best suited for your question at hand.  Can you provide me a little more detail in regards to the product or technology you are inquiring about?
