- Where do I ask about a problem with IE8 java popups? They are not popping up, when the link is clicked nothing happens, having this issue with several users on different sites in Windows 7.

- There's an IE area in the Windows 7 forum (http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/InternetExplorer/threads) - I'd suggest trying there.
