    I'm building a web enabled application which will be operating in low bandwidth envrionments (in the middle of the Pacific and Atlantic).
    My research indicates that smart clients are a good option for this.
    However, I haven't been able to find anything on smart clients in .NET 4.0
    Please direct me to the appropriate forum.
