cloud logo with power button

Which logo do you mean? I suggest you contact the site owner for help by clicking contact us link on that page or that site. Then you'll be able to know whether you're allowed to use it for your purpose.

To place on a top you would need permission if you are using it for commercial purposes. If you are using it for non-commercial purposes you can use it under fair-usage terms.
