Hi Windows Intune expert,
I am trial user for Win Intune Wave D. Objective is more to manage iOS client. However, I am having issue now. Below is my issue description:
1) I have enabled Mobile Device Management Authority
2) I have completed Apple Push Notification service (APNs) - Download an APNs certificate request, Get a APNs certificate and upload the APNs certificate
3) Administration > Mobile Device Management, iOS Mobile Device Management status = No Issues
I launch https://m.manage.microsoft.com from my iOS device (iOS 6), i got the error as per attached image.
Any ideas which steps i missed out? Please advice.
Regards,
PeiChen

Hi Peichen,
Can you login to the Account Portal https://account.manage.microsoft.com and ensure the user you are trying to login with on the iOS device is part of the Windows Intune user group?
It looks like this. Once I added my user to the user group it was able to login.
Thanks,
Jon

Hi,
I am having the same issue.
Intune connector OK in SCCM SP1, and user is set to be an Intune user. I get an error when trying to access m.manage.microsoft.com from an iOS 6 device with that user.
Kind regards,
Eirik
Edit: Never mind. This happened to me due to the fact that I did not fully understand the purpose why I needed a public domain. (Which is requred for Intune+SCCM+mobile devices).
Edit 2: As a "cheat" though, in my test environment, I added the UPN of <whatever>.onmicrosoft.com to AD Domains and Trust. I created a testuser with this UPN, and let SCCM syncrhonize it from AD. Then I was able to enroll my iOS device on a lab which has no public domain. (I have no idea what impact this could potentially have yet, and I do not care, as the lab is only for laboraty purposes ^^)
