Installing Windows In Tune on Windows XP SP3

I am installing the Windows In Tune Client on Windows XP SP3 machine.
I am getting the following error below are you able to advise how I might fix the issue?
Windows Intune Endpoint Protection (Error Code: 0x80070643)
Windows Intune Center (Error Code: 0x80070643)
Windows Intune Monitoring Agent (Error Code: 0x80070643)
Microsoft Online Management Policy Agent (Error Code: 0x80070643)

Can you please share the %programfiles%\microsoft\onlinemanagement\logs\updates.log file?

Is it possible that WMI store is corrupted? Seems like all of the mof actions are failing across updates.

Thanks we are considering upgrading to Windows 7 in anycase so this should resolve the issue.
