已答复 SCCM software not visible in Intune

I'm currently exploring all features of Intune-integration in SCCM.

In SCCM I create an application and distribute it to the distribution point manage.microsoft.com . Then I advertise the application to user group X as "available". That user group X is also configured in my Windows Intune Subscriptions in SCCM.

The content status in SCCM tells me the distribution completed successfully.

However, when I look in Intune Admin Console, I do not see the software product under Managed Software.
I have a Windows 8 enterprise client enrolled in Intune. However, I do not see apps advertised in My Company Portal on my Windows 8 Enterprise client.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

    Hi Christian,

Desktops can either be managed by Windows Intune or SCCM, not both.  Because you created a package in SCCM, the package won't be available to machines enrolled in Windows Intune directly, nor will the packages display in the Admin Console.  The package you created in SCCM will only be visible to machines enrolled in SCCM with the SCCM client installed.

If you want to use Windows Intune for managing your desktops, create packages in the Admin Console for Windows Intune.

    I hope that helps.

    Thanks,

    Hi Jon,

thank you for your answer. It's now clear for me, although there's some integration between sccm and intune, both products should still be seen as separate platforms for software distribution.

Still I wonder: if I distribute the package to " manage.microsoft.com" and sccm says it distributed succesfully, why does the storage in intune still indicate 20GB of 20GB free? To where is the software distributed?

Thanks again for answering. If available, a technet article is also OK for me :)
