    Hi Forum

    I ran a report earlier on Intune to see the hardware specs on Users laptops, I was confused at what I was seeing as it cannot be correct and do not understand where is has got these numbers from.

    As you can see in the image below, all of the E4310's think they only have a 2GB Hard Drive... and a 4GB memory, the size of the Total Disk Space must be incorrect, but why?.....

    Can anyone explain this and can they help to update this correctly.

    It's a known problem that is supposed to be fixed soon. See below.
