Managing international clients with Intune

Understanding that Intune is a tool to manage computers with simply and internet connection, is it possible to manage clients that span international borders. I have a client in the US that will be implementing Intune and I need to know if it is possible to manage clients that reside in other countries which include the following:
UK
Canada
Germany
China
Are there regulatory issues or functionality differences if it is possible?
Thanks

Hi,
As long as your machines are connected to the internet they will be able to be managed by Windows Intune. There are no functional differences for a machine in the US being managed versus a machine in Germany being managed.
Thanks,

Thank you. I just got the answer from Microsoft. Here is the quick breakdown.
You can manage clients from these locations as long as the contract is out of the US. There are data centers in Singapore, Ireland and Virginia. There is no issue managing those PC's worldwide.
