User Account Does Not Exist

I've got my InTune Trial set up and I've configured the SCCM 2012 SP1 InTune Connector. I created a new user account and configured the UPN to match the DNS suffix that was auto-created with my InTune Trial and added this user to my SCCM collection for management with InTune. The cloudusersync.log shows this:
Total received users to add from SCCM = 1, Total Successfully added users to Cloud = 1 SMS_CLOUD_USERSYNC 3/4/2013 9:50:49 PM 6728 (0x1A48)
So I think everything is configured as it should be - I've configured DirSync and I see the account that I created both in SCCM and in InTune and they both have the correct UPN of %domain%.onmicrosoft.com
But when I try to enroll at manage.microsoft.com from my iPhone and enter the credentials for this account I get the message "User Account Does Not Exist"
What am I missing?

Hi, Did you reset the password and make sure the user is in the Windows Intune user group? On your iPhone make sure you are logging into http://m.manage.microsoft.com Thanks, Jon L. -MSFT- Edited by Jon LynnMicrosoft Employee, Moderator Tuesday, March 05, 2013 7:41 AM

Hi Jon - I just reset the password now in my local AD and forced a DirSync. It was already in the Windows Intune user group.
But when attempting to log in with the account I get a message about having tried logging in too many times with the wrong password. And now it looks like InTune is offline for maintenance, so I'll wait for a bit and try again.
Sorry! We can't process your request right now.
The service is temporarily offline for scheduled maintenance or we're investigating a problem. We're working to get it back online as quickly as possible.

You need to reset the password in the Account Portal (account.manage.microsoft.com) Once you reset the password, login and create the new password. Then login to m.manage.microsoft.com You can only use On Prem AD passwords if you have ADFS setup. Thanks, Jon
