    I just came to this company and one of my first tasks is to find out why Dfs Replication is not happening between the remote site and headquarters.   I checked and see the following :   The Dfs partnership is created between 2 servers located at the headquarters.  The employees at the remote site have a server they authenticate with and save their files to.  Seems to me that the partnership should be between a server at the headquarters and the server at the remote site, should it not?  

    Of the two servers at the headquarters that serve as Dfs partners, one is a file server and the other is the Company web server.
