    Hi all,

I’m planning to use Windows Server 2008 R2 in my organization, but I have some doubts concerning one particular system:

We have a Windows Server 2008 SP2 based two node cluster with Hyper-V role enabled, where there are running two high availability VMs. I intend to upgrade to R2 essentially to use the new Live Migration and CSV functionalities.

My question is, which steps must I take to perform the upgrade considering the cluster? I read somewhere that is not possible to upgrade directly a cluster; it must be disabled and recreated after the upgrade.

    Thanks for your support
