Answerproblem with Hyper-v services

    I faced a problem with Hyper-v machines that i found them can't communicate with other machines after investgation found that the services "Hyper-V Image Management Service" & "Hyper-V Networking Management Service" not found so i uninstall the hyper-v role then installed it the problem solved but the problem i read all hyper-v related logs and didn't find any trace to know how the two services disappeared the log below for one of the hosts the problem solved in 19-10

    Hi,

     

    I looked through the log file you provide and can’t find any useful information. So I’d like to confirm the following information:

     

    1.    Did you have this issue with all the Hyper-V host machines?

    2.    What’s the exact symptom by “can't communicate with other machines”?

    3.    Have you tried to restart the problematic computers?

    yes i have this issue with 5 hosts at the same time


    2.    What’s the exact symptom by “can't communicate with other machines”?

    the network of all machines not work and I found thier network cards in the virtual machine settings not connected   , and can't open "virtual network manager"

    3.   
    Have you tried to restart the problematic computers?
    serveral times
