Locked Hyper-v and Failover Clustering

    Hi all,

    I have 2 Hyper-v hosts running Windows Server 2008 R2 with the Failover Clustering fonctionnality
    installed.

    I would like to validate my cluster configuration clicking the link. When I add a host in the wizzard, I
    receive an error message :
    Failure of OpenService "RemoteRegistry".

    What is this ?

    Why this error message ?

      Sounds like the Remote Registry service isn't running on one or more of the hosts:

        Hi,

        The Remote Registry service is running but it still doesn't work !

          Does it fail when attempting to add either host, or just one of them?

          Are you able to see both of the hosts in Hyper-V manager?

          Have you tried validating the cluster configuration on the other host (from Server Manager on the other host).
