Licensing questions are best answered by contacting a trained Microsoft licensing specialist - http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/contact-us.aspx
From looking at your signature line, this seems a very strange place for you to be asking such a question. <grin>

Hi,
You mean you would like to downgrade from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2003/2003 R2?
I don't think it has the direct path to do the downgrade. You might consider using the twice downgrade:
Windows Server 2012 --> Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 --> Windows Server 2003/2003 R2
For the downgrade option for Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, there is a link for your reference:

Hi Karthik,
Ok Thank you very much. One last question:
I have bought Windows Server 2008 Datacenter R2. So i have unlimited Windows 2008 R2 virtuell Instances. OEM Version with Sticker on the Hardware.
If i buy and install Windows Server 2012 Standard on the same physikal machine is it allowed to install an use the unlimited virtual instances from the 2008 R2 datacenter license? As Hyper-V Guests?
Thanks

I was remarking on your signature because, as part of MICROSOFT support, you have all the channels of Microsoft available to you, including 24-hour support lines, to get the answer from the people who are responsible for such answers instead of asking in a general knowledge forum. How do I know - I worked for Microsoft for 12 years and made use of those resources on a regular basis.
So, if you are looking for a definitive answer, it would be best for you to call your licensing people.

Hi Karthik,
for windows server 2012 acquiered in oem you can downgarde to any previous version, but the customer must have an existing downgrade Kit for previous versions for windows server while microsoft don't offers more a downgrade Kit by service fullfilement site.
only the downgarde from windows server 2008 r2, you can command a downgarde kit for 2008 and 2003 r2 but on September 30, 2012, the option for OEM and Retail customers to obtain media and/or keys for prior versions of Windows Server products will no longer be offered.
