Any New AD DS improvements for hosters?

I have a customer who wants to know if Active Directory Domain Services has been improved to support their hosting business. They would like to pool all of their smaller customers (10-100 users) into one forest/domain but have the customers perceive that they have their own domain (isolation from other customers). I haven't found anything in any of the whitepapers, articles or presentations I've seen that indicates that AD DS 2012 is any different for hosters than AD DS 2008 R2. If it is, can someone please send me a link that documents what is new and improved? Obviously, isolation via Hyper-V is world-class for hosters but what about if AD DS isolation?
Thanks,
Kent
