    I am trying to set the firewall service to manual in server 2012 stand edition but it keeps flipping it back to automatic and starting it on reboots. While it's on I have turned off all 3 settings in the control panel, then stopped and set it to manual but it's still flipping it back to automatic.

    Is there a bug with this, something else I am missing that differs from 2008 ??
