    I have recently download windows server 8 beta from microsoft site, but while installing its asking for a key can some one help me where can I get this key

    Dear Naveen Pandraju,

    The Windows Server 8 Beta installation should not be asking you for any key.

    Can you please provide some more details about the circumstance in which you experience "while installing its asking for a key"?

    E.g. screen shot(s), and description about at what step during the installation (or after?) would be useful.

    Hi,

    I would agree that Windows Server 8 Beta installation will not ask for the product key.

    Did you try to install Windows 8 Consumer Preview?

    If so, please refer to the following link for the product key:

    Im installing Windows Server 8 and both DNJXJ-7XBW8-2378T-X22TX-BKG7J and NF32V-QP93W-7DR7Y-JGWRW-JFCK8 not working for me.

    One thing I found out is that if you copy and paste the key it will not work unless you first remove the embedded hyphens:  TK8TP-9JN6P-7X7WW-RFFTV-B7QPF becomes TK8TP9JN6P7X7WWRFFTVB7QPF.

    My previous post is wrong.  The current release version does not mind the hyphens.
