Hi there,
I have a few questions,
Can you install remote access and exchange 2013 on the same box, seeing as though they require the same port forwarded to the box.
Secondly, I installed remote access on a box and then the member server lost access to the domain. It cannot see the domain forest or communicate with domain controllers.
Thirdly how the heck do you remove the remote access role. it says "direct access configuration settings must be removed first" i cant find anywhere on the forums that show you how to do this!
Please help!!!

Hi Clayton,
Firstly, based on my research, although there may be no documentation indicates that we cannot install RRAS and Exchange Server in a same Windows Server, please be careful when you configure the routing and other TCP/IP settings, due to a multihomed Exchange Server may bring issue.
Secondly, what is the configuration of RRAS? Have you enabled VPN or NAT? Please also provide us unedited ipconfig /all from this server for check.
Thirdly, regarding how to remove RRAS, we can uncheck all Remote Access related items in Remove Roles and Features Wizard.
Hope this helps.
