Hello,
I work with an another IT admin on a regular basis. We often shadow each other's Remote desktop session. That feature appears to be missing in 2012 which is a HUGE issue for us. Do you know if it is going to be fixed in SP1 - for the love of God, please don't tell me this is another feature that was as easy as a mouse click before that will require an inane powershell command in the future.
It was so easy to go to task manager, users - remote control- Edited by boe_d Friday, February 15, 2013 2:49 PM

If you wish to make a suggestion, you can post your suggestions on the connect.microsoft.com site.
But, I still contend that what you are asking for was not part of the operating system. Are you moving from 2003 Terminal Services?
There are a variety of third party options, or Remote Assistance as boe_d suggested. PCAnywhere is a product I have seen a lot of organizations use.

Thanks Tim,
I don't think you are following what I'm trying to convey. I often use remote desktop to administer a server. I haven't done the full blown TS services - just right click on computer properties- enable remote desktop (like RD for a desktop PC but Windows Server allows 2 remote users simultaneously). I'm not using it to run QB or Peachtree or Powerpoint remotely on a terminal server - just to administer a server - e.g. active directory, disk management, DNS - that sort of thing.
Then If you allow multiple remote logons from the same account - I can share my remote desktop session to the server (e.g. we are reviewing internal DNS together from two different locations - to the same server remote desktop session) I simply have him remote desktop in, I go to taskbar, users and remote control his session. This feature is part of 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and did not require TS installation, just standard RD.
