    I have it working via HTTPS but cannot seem to get Teredo working.  I am a little confused on the dual IP requirement.  I have assigned dual incremental IP addresses.  Do I need them both assigned to external cards or one on the external and one a NAT'd card?

    Hi,

    Is your DA server deployed behind NAT? if so, you can only use IPHTTPS.

    The two consecutive non-RFC1918 IP-addresses should be assigned to the external interface.
    Other than that you should be able to follow the same steps that you did when deploying it without Teredo.

    The two IP addresses I have are not behind the NAT.  Do they have to be on two separate interfaces?

    No, they should be configured on the same interface/nic.

    If you look at a standard DirectAccess setup based on Forefront UAG you will see the steps you should follow.
    (A 2-nic Edge setup with Windows Server 2012 follows the standard setup that were used with Forefront UAG)
