윈도우 서버2012 티밍구성에 관한 질문

이더넷 포트가 4개가 있고 2포트씩 각각 티밍(Link Aggregation)으로 구성하고, 다시 티밍으로 묶어서 Active-Stanby 구성이 가능 한지 알고싶습니다.
즉, 1,2번 포트는 Link Aggregation에 액티브 구성, 3,4번 포트는 Link Aggregation에 스탠바이 구성이라고 보시면 됩니다..
ip는 1개만 사용합니다.
또, 티밍 구성 설정에서 독립전환, 정적 팀 구성, LACP의 의미를 정확하게 알고 싶습니다.
