Windows Server 2012 Virtual Labs using holLanchPadOnline

when trying to access any of the links located on your "Windows Server 2012 Virtual Labs", I get a download window for "holLanchPadOnline".
After downloading "holLanchPadOnline.exe", and I open the file, it tries to make a connection to your IIS server and fails.
A notepad pop up name "CAWYIWW9" with multiple error messages inside this notepad.
ERROR SUMMARY

What is holLanchPadOnline ?
Do I need to make changes to proxy ? Why?
