Error, every time I try downloading Windows server "8" beta

This is what I get every time I have tried to download Windows "8" server beta. This (my) account is also registered with Microsoft Connect, too, by the way. Here's the message on the page to which I'm redirected.
"DownloadAuthenticationHandler ashx url dl download win8svr 3 8 B 38BAA0A6 2BA7
4341 AA72 EB72CAB219E7 8250 0 WINMAIN WIN8BETA 120217 1520 X64FRE SERVER EN US

ZfI7LeKXxKPXi8uvm7Ff2ZQriuGyKd2Rmtfl5e0oums
Redirecting in 4seconds
to web results using Bing (if scripting is enabled)."I get this with every configuration of Windows 8 consumer preview with which I have tried to download this product; everything on the machine, which functions perfectly fine, is set to default.
Any answer as to why this is happening?

Hi,If you want to download Windows Server "8" Beta, you can check the following link.After you input a Windows Live ID, you will be asked to download and install Download Manager like the following screenshot.Note: If your browser is not Internet Explorer, you may not be able to get the Download Manager properly.

Hi;
I am getting the same message irrespective of whether I use the TechNet or MSDN site address. The Download Manager is installed in each case and I have tried with the following browsers on different machines:
1- Windows XP SP3 with IE 8
2- Windows 7 SP1 with IE9
3- Windows 8 Beta with IE10I get the same response each time. When the Download Manager starts, it paints the screen with one row of data concerning the Window Server "8" Beta. After it starts initializing, it tries to start the download and promptly reports that the file is NOT found on the site. The only choice then is to close and exit the browser. Also, there is no help trying the Download Manager Resumption Link shortcut provided on the desktop to retry the request. By the way, Java is installed as noted below from a Windows Installer Report:
{4A03706F-666A-4037-7777-5F2748764D10}::Java Auto Updater ::2.0.7.1
{26A24AE4-039D-4CA4-87B4-2F83216031FF}::Java(TM) 6 Update 31 ::6.0.310I even went back and tries once with the Firefox Browser and got the same results. SO, what has happened to the file. Is it missing or corrupted?
Thanks,
-Bob

Same problem here. I tried digging for a direct link and I couldn't come up with anything that worked. I'll keep digging a little and post an update if I find something. Hopefully it's just temporary.
I am actually kind of irritated that Microsoft doesn't provide a direct link alternative. It seems silly to require a desktop client just to download a file.

Did some analysis on the request the download manager is making and it looks like it's getting a 403 forbidden error. Below is a dump from Wireshark. Please let me know when this is resolved. I'd like to do a little testing on Win Server 8 beta.

Friday, March 30, 2012 2:27 PMDownload manager pops up and allows me to pick a place to save and then it gives me something that says "The server returned an error. Would you like to retry?" So i select "yes" but then get the same message again. Here is another oddity. I have to use compatibility view in ie9. You would think MS would support ie9, right?

I have this, only, because someone in an actual position of control has fixed one(/some[?,])-but not all of the "bugs" surrounding this "offer," by the post-Bill Gates staff at Microsoft.
There are still problems, but one should be able to use this official link without a download manager, just be sure that ones harddrive/O.S. configuration allows for a relatively long period without suspending power.

Hello Vincent!
I've tried any possible browser but it just won't work. Could we have a direct link?
