THe following group policy was working for setting up the same proxy server for all users under windows server 2008 R2. Now under server 2012 this is gone.
PLease let me know where to find windows settings.
- Navigate to User Configuration–>Windows Settings–>Internet Explorer Maintenance–>Connection
- Double click on ‘Proxy Settings’
- Set your proxy.
The above doesn't work with Windows server 2012

Hi,
As stated in this article:
"this is a BIG, BIG, BIG development in the world of GP. Finally, Microsoft has made a clear and bold statement–don’t use IE Maintenance Policy anymore." (Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8)
So, please use Group Golicy Preference:
Computer or User Configuration\Preferences\Control Panel Settings\Internet SettingsThe problem has been discussed in:
Missing Proxy Group Policy Setting - Windows Server 2012
