Attivazione Windows 2012 Server Foundation Non Funziona

Salve a tutti
Ho installato su un server TX140 Fujitzu una licenza 2012 Server Fujitsu Foundation Rok
Quando tento di effettuare l?attivazione, mi appare il popup con il codice 0XC004E003 che mi avvisa che la mia licenza non e' stato possibile verificarla.
Ho capito che durante l'installazione, effettuata con il dvd di supporto di Fujitsu, il productKey inserito non e' corretto, ma non trovo da nessuna parte la possibilita' di inserire quello giusto.

Segui questa procedura:
Apri il prompt dei comandi con diritti amministrativi
slmgr -upk (questo rimuove il vecchio codice)
slmgr -ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (questo inserisce il nuovo codice)
