After a clean install of server 2012, I'm seeing the same errors/issues/warnings repeating:

Events refresh message: Events from 'ADAM.Events.xml' could not be enumerated.

Manageability: Online - Cannot get online data.

I am unable to locate anything specific on the errors. Thanx.

    Hi there StMaSi,

For some roles and features (Hyper-V, Print and Document Services, AD LDS), this error can occur after installation, but before required post-installation configuration has been completed. The error is resolved after post-installation configuration is complete.

For more info, refer to http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/13444.windows-server-2012-server-manager-troubleshooting-guide-part-ii-troubleshoot-manageability-status-errors-in-server-manager.aspx

Yes, I had the same issue after upgrading Domain Controller to Windows Server 2012, clean install of course. On DC I have many services added - CS, DS, LDS, DHCP, DNS, NAP, VA, WINS etc. While I thought that configured them all, I forgot to configure LDS (a.k.a. LDAP) service. Found this thread and my issues is solved. My error was "Unable to enumerate ADAM.xml file which is referring to incomplete LDS configuration. Started wizard, completed configuration and boom! Everything green and working now.

What bugs me the most is that I got ALL boxes red, not just LDS. It looked like ALL services have an issue. I think Microsoft should fix that, and only the box with the service or role that have an issue should be red. Also it would be nice if you click on it and it will remind you - please complete configuration, instead of me looking into documentation and find what symptom relate to what service or role to be incomplete.

Otherwise - Windows Server 2012 rocks! I really like how fast and simple it is comparing to 2008 R2! Great job Microsoft!
