Server 2012 Install

I have configured a RAID 10 in the BIOS.
When I start the install of Server 2012, I get to the part where it asks, "Where would you want to install Windows"
I select the Drive 0 Unallocated Space 3725.3 GB
I then get the error message that "this partition is too small. Make the size of this partition at least 9207MB or select another partition"
Any suggestions? I am sure that there is something "stupid" that I am missing here, but I guess my brain is done!
Thanks in advance!

Disk 0 is 3725 GB or 3725 MB. !!!!
if disk size is 3725 GB , try to partation it into two drives and select one of them and try . it may help you .

Assuming you don't have 3.5 TB of ram on the server (in which case the default pagefile would be a stupid size), I'd have a look at the raid controller:
- has it finished its initial or background initialization?
- Does it require the manufacturer's drivers to be loaded?
- Is it (and the drivers) compatible with WS2012?
If you're planning to boot from that, are you using UEFI?
In other news - why would you want to install the server OS on such a large partition? (Or have you not got to the part where you create a new partition?)
