I'm installing a new cluster of Microsoft over 2 virtual machines windows server 2008 R2.
Virtual machines over ESX 4.1
I've configured all based on this document.
and now I have a problem.
My cluster will down:
The name of the cluster the IP of the cluster and the quorum disk down after some minutes.
sometimes will up again and them down after some minutes.
as soon as the cluster down I can view this events on teh evnt viewer:
I don't know if my problem is over Vmware config or Cluster of Microsoft.
I Have 2 nodes and 5 disks (4 of data and 1 for quorum)
This cluster will be a SQL server 2008 R2 cluster,. but by the moment I have only configured the Cluster services.
Thanks in advance.

Friday, March 23, 2012 10:23 AMHave you run a full validation report from cluster Administrator? What issues are called out in report?

Yes, I've passed the validate this cluster and have some errors but not say nothing:An error occurred while executing the test.
The operation has failed. An error occurred while retrieving the private properties for the resource 'Cluster Name'.
A cluster resource failed
I've tried to delete all and then create again but same results.
This cluster is running behind the firewall.
Is possible that I have close some ports?

In the text result I can view it:
The quorum resource 'Quorum' only has 0 Bytes available. It is recommended to have at least 10 MB available.
But the quorum disk has 1 GB of space and has 96% free.
as sonn as the cluster will down I have these errors on teh event log:
Cluster resource 'Cluster Name' (resource type '', DLL 'clusres.dll') either crashed or deadlocked. The Resource Hosting Subsystem (RHS) process will now attempt to terminate, and the resource will be marked to run in a separate monitor.
The cluster resource host subsystem (RHS) stopped unexpectedly. An attempt will be made to restart it. This is usually due to a problem in a resource DLL. Please determine which resource DLL is causing the issue and report the problem to the resource vendor.
Cluster resource 'Quorum' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed.
Cluster resource 'Cluster IP Address' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed.
The Cluster service failed to bring clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' completely online or offline. One or more resources may be in a failed state. This may impact the availability of the clustered service or application.
I've installed these patches:
But now resolve the problem.
