Win Server 2008 EE with 4 active NIC connections:

2 x iSCSI (no gateway, DNS, WINS etc)
1 x Cluster hearbeat (no gateway, DNS, WINS etc)
1 x LAN connection for RDP etc (gateway, DNS, the usual)

As soon as either iSCSI port is enabled, RDP disconnects. the LAN connection is set at the highest in the bind order, and TS Configuration has been set to bind RDP-Tcp to the LAN connection only.

A solution greatly appreciated!Wed, 01 Jul 2009 09:33:10 Z2009-07-01T09:33:10Zhttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverClustering/thread/4fadff18-4199-41c4-b987-8578b04eb8a6#6297acc4-6047-4dbc-9a78-52bb651f58achttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverClustering/thread/4fadff18-4199-41c4-b987-8578b04eb8a6#6297acc4-6047-4dbc-9a78-52bb651f58acEdwin vMierlohttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Profile/en-US/?user=Edwin%20vMierloSrv 2008 RDP breakspost "ipconfig /all" from both nodes to this forum please

thanks,
Edwin.
Thu, 02 Jul 2009 09:59:39 Z2009-07-02T09:59:39Zhttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverClustering/thread/4fadff18-4199-41c4-b987-8578b04eb8a6#5266ae59-f19a-4191-a7f3-1a342d63f80chttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverClustering/thread/4fadff18-4199-41c4-b987-8578b04eb8a6#5266ae59-f19a-4191-a7f3-1a342d63f80cG_Rowleyhttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/Profile/en-US/?user=G_RowleySrv 2008 RDP breaksI am also having the same problem but I also lose internet connectivity. I have a 2 node failover cluster using iSCSI. I can still access the nodes through another server that shares a private network. The public NIC's are obtaining IP addresses (this is still in testing phase) but I have hardset the DNS settings. I tried turning off the Large Send Offload on the public NIC and was able to get access for a short time without going through the private network. But now it no longer works.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Tue, 07 Jul 2009 23:53:05 Z2009-07-07T23:53:05Z
