Has anyone successfully unzipped hotfix for KB937444?
- Went to MS site and signed up to download hot fix for english Server 2003 x86. Was sent email and proceeded to download hotfix. When I run the .exe I get the following error and I am never prompted for the password: An error occurred while unzipping. One or more files were not successfully unzipped. The error code is 110.
Tried downloading file on other machines with the same result.
Here is the location of the download and the password:

Hi,
I tested it and encountered the same error. If I try the x64 hotfix, it can be extracted successfully.
It seems that this hotfix is damaged. Please report this to your local Microsoft Customer Service.

- The solution to the above problem is use WinRar instead of WinZip.
Unzip the download provided by MS using WinRar, it will ask for the password, provide the password click ok and you are done :)

How do I locate my local Microsoft Customer Service?
There is a problem with the i386 (x86) version of this file. The x64 works.
- I to have tried the x64 and it works like a champ. I wish the x86 worked. I went to the /worldwide/ site and there is a center in Tampa which would be closest to me. Should I call the office? Would they be able to fix the issue with the corrupt hotfix? I found a page providing email tech support with a 1 day turn around however MS wants $99. I would think that if the right person knows about this issue that it would be corrected for free. Getting to the right person though seems about impossible. Am I mistaken here? What do you recommend I do that will ensure this gets resolved?
- I would recommand contacting your nearest Microsoft Customer Service.
