I added BlackBerry Service Account name in Black Berry user’s security tab but after some time it is not there,

  We install black barry server in our SBS server (same our domain server) We have
  I added BlackBerry Service Account name in Black Berry user’s security tab but after some time it is not there and i add again many time but after some time when u check this account is not there in in Black Berry user’s security tab. Why happen like this. 
  
  Because of this issue our Blackberry user face problme in black Berry device. Them incoming email is being received by using desktop secure but outgoing email or reply is not going – error message that comes is “ desktop email program unable to submit message”
  
  Just for your information folowing step i already finish :
  I have created a domain user account for BlackBerry with local administration privileges on the server.
  I have assigned “View only Administrator” to the Blackberry service account.
  I have assigned “Administrator to information Store” to the blackberry service account.
  I have assigned “Send as “  to the blackberry service account .
  I have assigned “Receive as “  to the blackberry service account .
   Then i login by Blackberry service account in the server (Domain server) and install the Blackberry server(bpsx_414B.exe).
