What's the DNS configuration of the newly installed Windows Server 2008-based domain controller? In particular, which DNS server does it point to as its primary/secondary? Is this the only domain controller you have? If so, and providing that these errors appear at the startup only, refer to http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/winserverDS/thread/8262ce09-b541-4419-ba27-47b9c9271325 for explanation...

    Hello,

make sure the new DC is also DNS server, better option when you like to demote one of the 2 old 2003 DCs or configure it to use an exisitng DNS server as preferred on the NICa nd have also a secondary set if available, so it is able to query DNS for GC.

If i understand you correct in AD sites and services only the 2008 and one of the two 2003 DCs are listed?
