    Hi All,

    i have windows 2003 server domain with 10 DCs and its located in many sites.

    One of my site DC does not updating the DNS record. I have totally 5000+  records in my domain. But, where in this DC as only 1000+ records. Please help me to fix the issue.

    Note: the problematic DC is newly bulit one in the domain ( around 2 month back).

    Hi Dev,

    Make sure that the replication is working properly on your domain controller.

    Try ruuning the below commands and post the output on skydrive.

    dcdiag /v /s:dcname >c:\dcdiag.txt

    dnslint /ad /s "DCipaddress" (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321045)

    http://explore.live.com/windows-live-skydrive

    Thanks for the post.

    My issue got resolved.

    i just restarted DNS services and waited for some time and all my DNS records got updated without any issues.
