I have a windows 2003 server domain environment network. All domain users was seeing an interactive logon message while they are
trying to logon their workstation. I have installed ISA server 2006 on the domain controller and also installed firewall client for all domain
users workstation. Now the interactive logon message is not displaying on the domain users workstation but still displyaing the message
    in the domain controller.

Is there anybody who can share his/her knowledge to overcome from this problem.

    Regards
    Mohammed Shah Newaj

    Hi Mohammed,

Please first run gpupdate /force on your workstations and reboot it to check if the issue still persists. If so, please temporarily disable the firewall client and test the problem again.

If the problem continues, please collect the following information:

    1. On the workstations, open CMD and run the command "gpresult /v >c:\gpresult.txt". A file gpresult.txt will be saved at C:\ drive.

    2. On the DC, open GPMC, right-click Group Policy Results, choose Group Policy Results Wizard, follow the wizard to collect a Group Policy result for problematic workstation.

Please use Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) to upload the c:\gpresult.txt file and GPMC Report and then give us the download address for research.

    HEllo,

i agree with the others to check the applied GPOs on the machine logged on as a user.

Additional it is not the best option to install ISA server on a DC, this makes the DC multihomed, more then one ip address on multiple NICs. This result often in problems and is not recommended. Better install ISA server on a member server.

Mohammed - have you run RSOP.msc/gpresult on any of your workstations to verify that the GPO containing this settings applies as expected?
