different user have different IE setting through GPO

  Hello,
  
  How to create the GPO to distinguish different users ? that means different users have different IE Setting through one GPO setting ? Is it feasible to do that ? Pls advice. Thx !!
  
  Just use Group Policy Preferences Internet Settings with Item Level Targeting:

  Tried to apply preference item for IE setting for different user in GPO but fail. I can't see this setting in resulant set of policy. i wonder how to check this setting already applied into the machine/user ?
