Group Policy Editor "Network Name Cannot Be Found"

Hello All,
Here is my scenario:
Running Windows Server 2008 R2. When I try to edit group policy to create a GPO for RDS I get "Network Name Cannot be Found"
I'm not sure if this is a result of
1.) PLESK being installed recently
2.) That my Name Servers are messing this up. I have a web site on this server (the only one) for my clients to access called "e-precinct.com" and consequently, the name server is the same name and the full computer name is server1.e-precinct.com and the domain is e-precinct.com
I'm getting failures when I run dcdiag..

Okay, I solved this...
Installing PLESK Control panel overrode the DNS zone set by AD. So, it's fixed, I just have to rebuild the SYSVOL tree and it's contents in the domain.
