2008 R2 - AD Sessions timeouts not working properly

Hi all -
I cannot get the Session timers on our Citrix farm to obey the AD Session settings. In 2003, it took the settings from AD gladly. In 2008, they just stay disconnected.
We have certain users who have different disconnect times...and others have a standard 2 hours.
Any help is greatly appreciate

In 2008, they just stay disconnected.
Please try to set the keep-alive policy for you Terminalservers:
