    how do I manage to restrict some file extensions from portable storage ( example *. exe, or *.vbs)  that can not be copied into the computer drive ( C:\ or D:\)

    Through third pary software (Symantec, CynapsePro, whatever...)

    actually i wanted to optimize group policy, whether this feature does not exist in group policy setting?

    Yes, there isn't such a group policy setting.
