Terminal Servers applying users GPO from other domain

We have some terminal servers and starting to have users from another domain in the forest login into it. The problem we are having is that those users have GPOs from their domain trying to apply to them, like login scripts, and is taking way too long.
Is there a away to tell the Terminal servers not to apply the Users GPO settings for specific users.

consider Loopback-Replace ?
here's a blog post which may help (although it is about cross-forest processing, it may help a little)

NO THEY ARE NOT EVIL, if you know what you are doing: Good or bad GPOs?

We looked at the loopback option, but i think someone here said it will not work so well for our situation.
